- Achieve sales and profit targets by managing enquiries, producing accurate quotations, and converting opportunities into orders
- Oversee projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage
- Build strong client, contractor, and subcontractor relationships to secure repeat business
- Provide technical advice, support, and training to customers
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and industry events as required
- Previous sales/account management experience within decking, cladding, flooring, or similar products
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to calculate material requirements and support customers with confidence
- Excellent relationship builder with first-class communication and organisational skills
- Experienced in CRM systems, with a proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to travel when required
