About the role:

As our Senior Manager you will lead the creative vision and execution of marketing and product design initiatives across digital and print channels. You'll drive concept development, ensure brand consistency and lead a team of designers to deliver compelling, on-brand content that supports the brand content strategy and business objectives.

In this role you will:

• Lead and inspire a lovely team of content designers with video production, motion graphics and design of marketing assets for our website, social channels and print requirements.
• Work day-to-day in video production, animation and motion graphics, providing media solutions that engage our distributors and customers.
• Lead the team on the ideation process and art direction to create innovative concepts for campaign and business objectives.
  Manage brand-style consistency across all channels, including colour schemes, logos, typography, tone of voice and design elements to strengthen brand identity.
• Work closely with the Content Producer to manage the quality and timely delivery of multiple design campaigns and individual assets, and budgets.
• Work closely with our Social Media Manager and Copywriter to align on campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including Product Innovation, Events, Customer success, Training & Education - to develop concepts and improve the creative output for future projects.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and brand compliance are met on all design projects.

Our requirements:

• We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, who can lead an inspire a team of designers; manage stake-holder expectations and agency relationships.
• Must have the ability to be mindful of filming objectives and direct a shoot to successfully meet the end goal.
• Experience in setting up and working studio-based filming is essential (for our in-house studio).
• Studio management experience.
• Proven people leadership and project management skills essential.
• Industry experience is beneficial: Health, Wellness, Fitness, and Nutrition.
• Background in cultural and language nuances is beneficial.
• Multi-level Marketing experience is beneficial.
• Packaging design experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Essential skills: Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, proactive role with the ability to manage working relationships.
• To always be meticulous and uphold the standard of work expected from our team.
