The Brand Copywriter at Fenwick plays a key role in shaping the voice of the brand across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and on-brand copy that brings Fenwick’s campaigns and commercial messaging to life. From digital content to in-store communications, this role ensures consistency, clarity, and engagement that resonates with our audience and drives commercial impact.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Brand Copywriter will take ownership of brand tone of voice and copywriting for campaign messaging, CRM, site content, press releases, service pages, and in-store collateral. You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, Buying, Retail Operations, and more to deliver impactful, SEO-optimised content that supports sales, engagement and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with strong writing, proofreading and editorial skills. Experience in SEO, working to deadlines, and a proven ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial needs is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about evolving a legacy brand’s voice in a modern retail landscape.
