At BeamXR, we’re on a mission to revolutionise how VR gamers connect and share experiences. Following successful pilots, we’re gearing up to launch our cutting-edge streaming and two-way social tools for VR gaming. About the Role

We’re looking for a Community & Content Manager who can drive awareness, build relationships, and grow our community of creators, streamers, and game studios. This is a hands-on role focused on creating impactful content and cultivating a thriving community to help us grow BeamXR’s user base and brand. You’ll have creative freedom but with a sharp focus on delivering results.

Location: Remote (UK-based only)

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation that Drives Engagement:

• Create and edit video content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) designed to increase visibility and attract new users.
• Write blogs, newsletters, and other media content showcasing BeamXR’s value to creators and studios.
• Develop a consistent content calendar that aligns with our community and user growth objectives.

Community Growth & Management:

• Manage and grow our Discord community, fostering relationships with streamers, creators, and studios.
• Initiate and participate in conversations to keep the community active, engaged, and excited about BeamXR.
• Identify and implement opportunities to expand our community reach (e.g., hosting events, AMA sessions, partnerships).

Outreach & Collaboration to Drive User Growth:

• Build relationships with creators, streamers, and game studios to amplify BeamXR’s brand and acquire users.
• Work with influencers and content creators to develop collaborative campaigns that attract new audiences.
• Support the development of partnerships that contribute to BeamXR’s growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

• An understanding of VR and the gaming/streaming landscape.
• Proven experience creating video content that drives engagement and user growth.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce compelling blogs and outreach material.
• Experience managing online communities (Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms) and growing user bases.
• Ideally, streaming or creator experience—you know how to connect with this audience.
• A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for using content to achieve commercial goals.
