  • Customer seasonal price lists are optimised, ensuring company margin targets are met while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Order book targets are achieved through effective management, with efficient conversion processes supporting business objectives.
  • Sell‑through data is actively monitored, enabling the capitalization of commercial opportunities and sharing key insights across the business for strategic alignment.
  • Marketing plans for Key Accounts are executed efficiently, adhering to budgets and delivering optimal value for marketing investments.
  • The Craghoppers brand consistently achieves exceptional in‑store and online representation, with updated seasonal assets, imagery, unitary, and POS materials.
  • Market intelligence and account data inform internal range planning and buying decisions, supporting a strategic and customer‑focused approach.
  • Quarterly Strategic Account Updates are presented to the management team, providing valuable insights and progress updates.
  • Collaboration with Key Accounts Customer Support and internal departments ensures proactive account management and effective resolution of challenges.
  • Administrative tasks, including monthly reports, weekly updates, and contact logs, are completed accurately and on time, contributing to efficient operations.
  • Increase revenue through new sales expanding market share within key strategic retailers.
