A well-known retail cooperative in Seaham is seeking a Customer Team Leader. In this role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service while leading and supporting the team. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring compliance, and managing store operations. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
