YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Architect to join our dynamic team in London. The Power Platform Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evolving our Microsoft Power Platform solutions that cater to various business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with a strong background in system integration and process automation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring that our solutions align with strategic objectives and adhere to industry standards. In addition, the Power Platform Architect will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Power Platform development and governance.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of Power Platform solutions.
• Mentor and support junior developers in their project work and professional development.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data integration techniques and experience with APIs and databases.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions while adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform are highly desirable.
