Lead Platform Engineer - Azure Data Services, Terraform, IaC

£Market Rate per day (Inside IR35)

London/Hybrid

My client is an instantly recognisable organisation that urgently requires a Lead Platform Engineer with strong experience working with Azure Data Services and expertise in Terraform / IaC.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Platform Engineer within Cloud Engineering, with a focus on data platforms
• Expertise in Azure Data Services, including provisioning
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Factory
• Knowledge of Data Platform architectures
• Advanced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, especially Terraform
• Good knowledge of container security and compliance
• Extensive experience with data processing frameworks
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads and working knowledge of building containers
• Knowledge of cost optimization techniques within data platforms
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
