Our client, a specialist Hard Services FM provider, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent service delivery standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring an on‑site engineering team
• Managing all planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements
• Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Acting as the key technical point of contact for the client

• Strong background in Hard Services / M&E FM
