In short, in this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence at our Flagship Store in Tokyo. Collaborating closely with regional retail management and store leadership, you will be integral to our growth as we expand our retail presence.

Your responsibilities will include team development and performance management, leading change management efforts, and crafting effective communications, SOP accountability, and other essential content. • Oversee all talent-related matters including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance for the On Flagship Store Tokyo team.
• Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
• Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
• Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules.
• Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
• Contribute to quarterly stock counts, managing all aspects from preparation to investigation of discrepancies.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Embrace new ideas and initiatives to drive store success.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all actions.

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail, with experience in the sports industry being a plus.
• You have strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

• You are fluent in Japanese language, and also possessing business level English communication skills.
