Job description

In short, in this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence at our Flagship Store in Tokyo. Collaborating closely with regional retail management and store leadership, you will be integral to our growth as we expand our retail presence.

Your responsibilities will include team development and performance management, leading change management efforts, and crafting effective communications, SOP accountability, and other essential content. This position offers the opportunity to shape and build our retail landscape, setting a strong foundation for the future. Your Mission
  • Oversee all talent-related matters including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance for the On Flagship Store Tokyo team.
  • Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
  • Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
  • Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules.
  • Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
  • Contribute to quarterly stock counts, managing all aspects from preparation to investigation of discrepancies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Embrace new ideas and initiatives to drive store success.
  • Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all actions.
Your Story
  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in retail, with experience in the sports industry being a plus.
  • You have strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
