Job summary
A leading automotive glazing company in Exeter is looking for a Service Centre Supervisor to oversee operations and maintain service standards. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, managing stock efficiently, and supporting both technicians and management through effective communication. Responsibilities
- Maintaining KPIs and targets as a Technician
- Maintaining standards of the Service Centre
- Providing help and support to colleagues and customers
- Supporting the Service Centre Manager with stock management
- Managing the Service Centre during the Manager's absence
- Providing operational information to management teams
- Liaising closely with Technicians and Management
- Ensuring H&S standards are maintained
- Controlling and replenishing consumable stocks
- Arranging collection of glass and chemical waste
- Completing ad-hoc duties as assigned

We currently have exciting opportunities fora Service Centre Supervisor based at our ExeterService Centre.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining your current KPIs and targets as a Technician
- Maintaining standards of the Service Centre
- Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
- Supporting the Service Centre Manager with the effective control of stock management within the Service Centre.
- Managing the Service Centre during any period of absence and annual leave of the Service Centre Manager
- Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with Technicians, Servixce Centre Manager and Area Manager.
- Supporting the Service Centre Manager to ensure all H&S standards and processes are maintained within the Service Centre.
- Controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Arranging the regular collection of the glass waste and chemical waste.
- Any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Service Centre Manager or Area Manager.
