We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Concierge. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you!

About The Role

Your focus as Concierge will be to create a positive and long lasting first impression of Avery, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors whilst providing high quality service to residents.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
• Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
• Completing administrative duties as required.
  
  

About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must

• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities.
• Have good organisational skills.
