Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Complaints And Feedback Officer for a temporary position in Derby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating stage 1 and stage 2 complaints, ensuring feedback is managed professionally. The role includes coordinating inquiries related to the Housing Ombudsman and documenting requests within required timescales.
