Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with Autism, Complex needs, or SEMH is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for child development and educational psychology.
• Willingness to apply for an Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Work with pupils with ASC, SEMH, Complex needs and other learning differences.
• Implement and contribute to IEPs, EHCP outcomes, and positive behaviour support plans.
• Observe student progress and contribute insights for interventions.
