Job summary
A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team in Nacton, England. The role requires maintaining customer contact throughout the sales process, preparing paperwork, and exceeding sales targets. Candidates should have a proven track record in sales and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a competitive salary starting at £20,000 with an OTE of £50,000 and various benefits including a company car.

Basic Salary: £20,000
OTE: £50,000
Location: Ipswich
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am - 5pm with a day off in the week. 1 in 2 Sundays 10-4

- Looking after and maintain contact with customers throughout the sales and pre-delivery process.
- Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options.
- Manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, consistently providing high-quality test drive experiences.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Full UK driving licence - Held for a minimum of 2 years.
- A proactive, target-driven attitude.
