Car Sales Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful New Car Sales Manager within one of their stunning dealerships. Working closely with a team of Sales Executives to ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Your role will be to manage and guide the customer through all stages of the finance process, ensuring the customer understands the process and the options open to them. You will have a natural ability to create an instant rapport with the customer to create long-lasting relationships. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have proven experience at this level. A clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the New Car Sales department.
• Stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis and pricing.
• Forecourt display, internet advertising, second facing customers and deal generation.
• Drive the team forward and ensure high performance.
• Work with a team of Sales Executives to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through the finance process and explain options available to them.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Management in a main dealership environment is essential.
• Proven experience at this level with a track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• A clean driving licence is essential.
• A passion for the used car market and a visionary approach to leading a team.

Salary

£35k Basic
£55k OTE Uncapped
