A leading property consultancy is seeking an Estate Manager for a prestigious mixed-use estate in Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will manage a team, oversee service providers, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. A strong management track record in commercial real estate and an IOSH or NEBOSH certification are essential. This role offers the opportunity to drive sustainability initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a best-in-class property brand as they seek an Estate Manager for a high-profile mixed-use estate in Greater Manchester. Combining first-class commercial offices with leisure, retail, and educational facilities alongside a bustling public realm, this is a living, breathing cosmopolitan development and as such requires an equally forward thinking Estate Manager. You'll work hand in glove with the client to build a top-tier total FM service delivery, leading the on-site team.
As the successful applicant you'll be able to demonstrate strong management of major pieces of commercial real estate previously, either as a single-asset or across a portfolio. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential for this, as is experience in managing common parts such as plant room equipment previously. Equally important will be your communication skills and ability to bring together stakeholders at every level to build a cohesive FM service delivery for your customers.
