The impact you'll have: As a Virtual Branch Manager, you’ll build strong, lasting connections with customers by delivering personalised, high-quality customer service. Working remotely, you’ll maximise opportunities with customers while building a strong rapport with local customers and businesses in need of reliable hire solutions.

• Independently oversee a number of customers, delivering expert assistance for their hire needs while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a customer first approach.

• A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets, effectively prioritising tasks, and driving solutions with a customer-focused approach.
