We are looking for a confident, friendly, and hardworking individual to take full ownership of our café, treating it as if it were their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, service, and community, with the autonomy to make a real impact.

• Opening and closing the café independently
• Preparing small breakfasts and snack items (basic cooking skills required)
• Delivering exceptional customer service - always with a smile
• Handling daily administration duties and managing stock/orders
• Identifying opportunities to increase and maximise income
• Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe café environment

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and able to work independently - especially when lone working
• Friendly and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming space for all
• Hardworking and responsible, ready to take ownership of the café
• Has basic food prep and cooking skills
• A strong communicator with good administrative and organisational abilities
• Driven to spot opportunities and maximise café potential
• Experienced in delivering excellent customer service as a top priority
