• Design, build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion flows
• Author and optimise high‑performance SQL (queries, views, stored procedures)
• Build, deploy and maintain Power BI data models and reports (DAX, modelling, performance tuning)
• Automate data transformations and orchestration with Python and scheduling tools
• Troubleshoot data quality issues, implement validation checks and document data lineage
• Run short POCs on new tools (e.g., Alteryx) and recommend improvements to the analytics stack
• Contribute to CI/CD practices for analytics and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years in data engineering, technical analytics or similar with end-to-end delivery responsibility
• Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, workspace deployment)
• Advanced SQL skills, including optimisation and stored procedures
• Practical Python experience for ETL, automation and data processing
• Comfortable with data governance, documentation and data‑lineage practices
• A detail‑oriented problem solver with a quality mindset
• A proactive tech‑watcher who pilots and shares new tools
• Understanding the importance of getting it right the first time
• A clear communicator who can explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences
• A collaborative team player who supports and mentors colleagues

• Alteryx Designer (or similar), Azure data platform (ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks), CI/CD for analytics (Azure DevOps, Git), familiarity with semantic layers and analytics modelling patterns
• Multinational experience
