A charitable organization in Coleraine is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee operations of their retail shop. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in charity retail and a strong sales background. This role offers a flexible work schedule of up to 25 hours per week, with competitive pay based on age and experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in charity retail and managing volunteers is required.
- Ability to perform cash handling and administration tasks.
- Proven customer service skills essential.
Responsabilités
- Drive sales and control costs to achieve targets.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling and till procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service in the shop.
- Support the Shop Manager in recruitment and training of volunteers.
