Job description

Completely care is an established recruitment agency seeking dedicated and compassionate Children’s Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting children and young people in residential, educational, and community settings in Llanelli.

About the role

You will provide high-quality care, promote independence and daily living skills, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records. The role involves supporting children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and those who may present challenging behaviours, while ensuring safeguarding, safety, and positive routines. You’ll work collaboratively with families, staff teams, and professionals to help each child thrive. A calm, patient, and understanding attitude is essential for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ UK based experience in a similar role
• Experience working with children and young people
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
