Completely care is an established recruitment agency partnering with a respected children’s residential care provider to recruit dedicated Qualified Residential Children’s Support Workers in Pontypridd.

About the Role

You will support children and young people within residential settings, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. You will be working with children who may present challenging behaviours and who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or complex needs. This role requires a calm, resilient, and compassionate approach. Responsibilities include safeguarding, daily living support, behaviour management, personal care where required, record keeping, and effective teamwork with multi-agency professionals.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience in a residential children’s support role.
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one.
  • A relevant qualification in residential childcare or equivalent.
