Senior Quantity Surevyor
Job summary
A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver important infrastructure projects across the water and environmental sectors. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, client-facing experience, and be proficient in NEC3/4 contracts. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum plus additional benefits.
Qualifications
- Full RICS membership or advanced APC progress.
- Experience with NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C, E essential).
- Strong CDM and risk management knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead NEC3/4 contract administration.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Staffordshire
Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 Per Annum + Package
Our client is a leading Consultancy who work on transformative infrastructure programmes that improve lives, support communities, and reduce carbon emissions. They are recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive strategy, ensure delivery excellence, and inspire change across water and environmental sectors.
- Lead NEC3/4 contract administration (Options A, C & E)
- Oversee budgeting, valuations, forecasting, and cost control
- Conduct feasibility studies, tender evaluations, and risk assessments
- Manage post-contract delivery, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Support strategic bids with commercial insight and cost intelligence
- Mentor junior QSs and contribute to continuous improvement
- Holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
- Client facing experience.
- Full RICS membership or advanced APC progress
- Experience working on NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C, E essential)
- Experience in water, environment, defence, or nuclear sectors
- Strong CDM and risk management knowledge
- Valid CSCS card
