Project Manager – Façade Remediation Projects

Central London HQ | Projects Across London & the Home Counties

£70,000 – £80,000 + Package

Projects from £5m – £15m | Reporting to Contracts Manager

A respected mid-tier main contractor with a £100m turnover, known for delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across the London and regional markets. With a strong reputation in the industry, a low staff turnover, and well-established systems and processes, the company continues to grow through repeat business and its commitment to excellence. They operate across multiple sectors — including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, and hospitality — with a rapidly growing portfolio of façade remediation and recladding projects. As part of this expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value façade schemes, working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider delivery team.

The Role

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of façade remediation and recladding schemes, typically valued between £5m and £15m. They will report to the Contracts Manager and lead the delivery team on-site from pre-construction through to handover.

• Full project management of façade/cladding remediation works
• Developing and managing detailed programmes using Asta Powerproject
• Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and logistics
• Managing health & safety, quality control, and compliance with BSR regulations
• Working closely with commercial, design, and planning teams
• Leading site progress meetings and reporting to Contracts Manager and senior leadership
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients, consultants, and the supply chain

This role is ideal for a driven and experienced Project Manager from a main contracting background with a strong track record in façade remediation or recladding projects. Excellent knowledge of construction programming using Asta is essential.

• Proven experience delivering façade/cladding remediation projects
• Background in main contracting or specialist subcontracting in facades
• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject for programming and project tracking
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Understanding of BSR compliance and modern façade systems
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Based within commuting distance of London and willing to travel to site as required
