What makes a successful Assistant Manager?

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record
• A problem-solving leader capable of coaching, developing, and motivating a team to maximize job satisfaction and performance
• A customer-focused approach to work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
• An enthusiastic and positive team player committed to contributing to business growth and supporting colleagues
• Exceptional product knowledge with a passion for travel and tourism
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to stay on top of tasks

Daily responsibilities of an Assistant Manager at Hays Travel

• Assist the branch manager in maximizing sales and ensuring profitability
• Supervise and coach your team to foster development
• Represent the branch at promotional events to increase exposure and use social media to promote offers and generate customer engagement and sales leads
• Lead by example by achieving your own sales targets and development objectives
• Motivate and ensure your team is effective and productive
