As an Assistant Manager, you are on hand to resolve issues and explore new ways of operating. You are loyal and passionate about your customers and your team. This role supports the Store Manager in managing overall store operations, driving sales alongside relevant KPIs, and leading a cohesive team of motivated employees to deliver memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a role model – Motivate and engage your team to bring the brand values to life daily, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere with celebrations of success.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers, modeling behaviours for the team.
  • Assist in driving sales, commerciality and maintenance of standards, including compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively on the floor and behind the scenes; develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers and with community partners.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
  • Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
  • Act as product expert and trainer to educate the team and advise customers.
  • Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store at all times.
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations.
  • Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Self-starter and ambitious – motivated to achieve and exceed store targets for the team and store.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
