Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an Accounts Assistant based in Windsor, SL4. The role involves handling various accounts tasks such as bank reconciliation, receipting rents, and supplier payments. Candidates should have experience in estate agency accounts and be able to liaise with both owners and tenants effectively. This position offers a salary between £30,000 - £32,000 and a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Qualifications
- Experience with bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of rent receipting and supplier payments.
- Ability to liaise effectively with owners and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Mainly accounts based tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliation on client accounts.
- Receipting in rents and paying owners.
- Paying suppliers.
- Liaising with owners/tenants for rent agreements.
- Handling phone calls for sales/lettings and booking viewings.
