Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP38,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the West Midlands' leading architectural practices, providing expert design services to the industrial and residential sectors. They are seeking an independent and driven Architectural Technician to start immediately on residential projects within their Birmingham offices.

• Produce drawing packages using AutoCAD independently
• Manage residential projects from inception to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Manage workload efficiently and independently
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance standards

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• CIAT Registered or working towards membership (advantageous)
• Relevant post-qualification experience as a technician (desirable)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Living within a commutable distance to Birmingham
