Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in the UK focusing on residential projects.
• Strong technical background and understanding of building regulations.
• Possession of a valid UK Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.
• Interpret client briefs and create working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Planning and Building Control Regulations.
• Review design information and keep it updated.

Skills

Experience in residential/mixed-use projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Understanding of building regulations

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office

Ability to identify Health and Safety risks
