The Opportunity

A leading design-focused architectural studio in Altrincham is seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This award-winning practice specialises in high-end residential projects, delivering bespoke, contemporary homes and luxury developments across the UK.

The Role

As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the delivery of luxury residential schemes from concept through to construction. You'll work closely with architects and consultants, producing high-quality technical drawings and helping ensure projects progress smoothly across all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction details using Revit and AutoCAD
• Assist in coordination of design and technical information across consultant teams
• Support project delivery across RIBA stages, from planning to construction
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, industry standards, and best practice

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an architectural or technical role
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (essential)
• Experience working on high-quality residential or bespoke design projects (preferred)
• Excellent technical knowledge, detailing ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Based within commutable distance of Altrincham / Greater Manchester
• Full UK driving licence required
