Aufgaben
- Critical contributor to month-end close including closing journals.
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers for reports.
- Support sales invoicing and credit control for subsidiaries.
- Manage finance administration tasks including filing.
- Assist in improving financial software usage.
- Own the weekly invoicing process.
- Conduct fortnightly supplier payment runs.
- Support VAT return preparation with accurate data.
- Assist payroll inputs and staff expense claims.
- Help in transitioning finance software.
