  • Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop coping strategies.
  • Support pupils experiencing anxiety or challenging behaviour.
  • Participate in activities that promote communication, social skills, confidence and wellbeing.
  • Follow individual support plans and contribute to pupils' wider development.
