Job summary

Rotherwood Cares are recruiting experienced Youth Support Workers to support young people aged 16-18 within a supported accommodation service in Litherland. The role focuses on helping residents develop independence, confidence and essential life skills for adulthood.

The position involves practical and emotional support, promoting safeguarding and wellbeing, and building positive relationships while completing handovers and notes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with young people, supported accommodation, residential childcare or care settings.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• A compassionate, resilient and reliable approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred.
