Job summary

At Nudge Education Limited, we are seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK. You will build trust, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work closely with families and professionals to create safe, engaging learning experiences that help students reconnect with education and thrive.

You should be flexible, able to commit to at least three days per week, hold a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in education, youth work or related field.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
