Job summary

Bedspace is seeking a Bank Residential Support Worker to empower young people as they work toward independence. You’ll guide them through life skills, budgeting, tenancy support, and personal development using ASDAN modules, and help them thrive in their local community.

Based across Cheshire East & West, you will cover evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as needed. A full UK driving licence and vehicle with business insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people who have complex needs in social care.
• Safeguarding knowledge for vulnerable children and adults.
• Computer literacy and ability to manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to young people to develop essential life skills.
• Assist with educational, health, and welfare needs and access resources.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of service users’ progress.
• Help young people manage daily tasks and appointments.
• Contribute to a safe and supportive environment through regular communication and monitoring.
