Job summary

The role covers evenings, weekends and sleep-ins across services with holiday pay included in the hourly rate; you’ll join a team focused on safeguarding and person-centred care, while adapting to varied

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people who have complex needs in a social care setting.
• Thorough knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable children and adults.
• Computer literate with ability to manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to young people, helping them develop essential life skills.
• Assist with educational, health, and welfare needs, ensuring access to necessary resources.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of service users’ progress.
• Help young people manage daily tasks and appointments.
