SCR social care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

You will bring management experience, hold RMA/NVQ4 in Leadership & Management or ILM Level 5, and apply safeguarding standards with emotional resilience. The role offers ongoing training, career pathways and a competitive salary with a performance-related bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience within young people’s residential services.
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
