Experience in mentoring, youth work, education, or support roles involving SEND/SEMH is desirable.

Positive, motivating approach that helps pupils succeed.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to SEND and SEMH students.
Support development of confidence, resilience, and social skills.
Help individuals overcome barriers to learning and personal development.
Encourage positive decision-making, goal setting, and self-belief.
Create a safe, inclusive environment that promotes wellbeing.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and external professionals on support plans.
