Are you passionate about helping young people aged 14-18 improve their mental health and wellbeing? We are seeking a dedicated Youth Mental Health Worker to support young individuals through focused 1:1 sessions and structured crisis interventions.
Mind BLMK supports positive mental health across Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes through community activities and partnerships, ensuring no one faces mental health challenges alone.
Our Sanctuary provides a safe, welcoming space outside school hours for young people in mental distress or crisis.
The Youth Mental Health Worker will assess needs, provide one-to-one support, and guide young people towards recovery and available services. You will be part of a team including other Youth Mental Health Workers, the Manager, and volunteers.
