About The Support Worker Role

Orchard Close is a registered Care Home for adults with enduring Mental Health Needs, operating 24 hours. Residents mostly access the community independently, with some requiring staff escort for outside activities. We seek a Support Worker eager to make a real difference by joining a team that adopts a refreshing approach to care.

Responsibilities As Support Worker

• Maintain high standards of service and design personalized support plans
• Provide emotional support and help residents live full, active lives both at home and in the community
• Assist with direct personal care for both male and female residents
• Follow and maintain housekeeping procedures
