Job summary

A2Dominion is hiring a Support Officer in Newbury to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to customers living in supported accommodation. You will work to promote independence, choice, and positive outcomes, helping tenants sustain tenancies and develop essential life skills.

You will assist with budgeting, domestic tasks, essential safety, and access to education or employment opportunities, building strong relationships with partner agencies and ensuring customers feel safe, listened

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Experience with diverse client groups
• Ability to use IT packages and MIS
• Driving Licence and own transport desirable

Responsibilities
