Job summary

YMCA Thames Gateway Group in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Officer on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, to support young people to sustain occupancy agreements and move toward independent living.

The post is community-based, aligned with our housing and youth work services, and includes safeguarding responsibilities. The organisation is Disability Confident and Equal Opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or youth housing is a plus.
• Ability to work with vulnerable young people and families.

Responsibilities
