Fedcap Employment in Herefordshire, Shropshire & Telford is seeking an Employment Facilitator/Trainer to help young people build confidence, skills and resilience for sustainable employment. You’ll combine group learning with tailored one-to-one support, focusing on practical employability, communication and digital skills.

You will work with Job Brokers, employers and local services to create a joined-up journey for each participant, preparing for sector tasters and progression to employment.

Qualificações

• Experience in employability, youth work, education or coaching.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging group sessions.
• Experience supporting people to progress towards employment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging, interactive group sessions building life and employability skills.
• Provide tailored one-to-one coaching to identify goals and progression plans.
• Help participants understand the world of work and develop confidence for employment.
• Assist with CVs, applications, job searching and interview preparation.
• Work with employers and partners to reflect local labour market needs.
