Job summary

The Fedcap Group in Surrey (Staines to Guildford) is seeking an Employment Facilitator/Trainer to help young people build confidence and practical skills for work. The role blends group learning with personalised coaching, focusing on communication, teamwork, digital skills, job searching and interview readiness.

You'll work with Job Brokers, employers and local services to create a joined-up journey for each participant and support progression toward sustainable employment, meeting programme

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, youth work, education, careers, coaching, training, or similar roles.
• Ability to deliver engaging group learning and provide tailored one-to-one support.
• Ability to build positive relationships with young people and work collaboratively with partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group sessions to build life, workplace and employability skills.
• Provide tailored one-to-one coaching and guidance to help participants set goals.
• Assist with CVs, applications, job searching and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with employers and local services to reflect labour market needs.
• Monitor progress and adapt learning to individual needs.
• Develop learning materials and resources to support development.
• Support progression towards employment targets.
