Job summary

Fedcap Employment is seeking an Employment Facilitator/Trainer to support young people across East and Central Lancashire. This home-based role with regular travel offers a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule and a permanent contract.

You'll design and deliver engaging group sessions, provide tailored one-to-one coaching, help with CVs, applications and interview preparation, and connect learners with employers and local services to support progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, youth work, education, careers or coaching.
• Ability to engage diverse young people and build confidence.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Lancashire.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group sessions.
