Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking an Employment Facilitator/Trainer to support young people in Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Telford. This home-based role involves regular travel to deliver group sessions and provide tailored one-to-one coaching to build confidence and practical work skills.

You will help participants with communication, teamwork, digital skills, and job search techniques while coordinating with local employers and support services to secure progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, youth work or related areas.
• Ability to support young people to develop skills and find progression paths.
• Strong interpersonal and group facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging group sessions to build life and employability skills.
• Provide one-to-one coaching to help participants identify goals and progression plans.
• Support CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation for participants.
• Collaborate with employers, Jobcentre Plus, and training providers to align learning with local labour market needs.
• Develop and maintain learning materials and resources for personal development.
