Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking an Employment Facilitator/Trainer to support young people in Surrey, combining engaging group learning with tailored one-to-one coaching. The role involves helping participants develop communication, teamwork and digital skills, and preparing them for employer-led sector tasters.

You will work with Job Brokers, employers and local support services to create a joined-up journey for each participant, including progressing towards sustainable employment and meeting contractual

Qualifications

• Experience in employability, youth work, education, careers, coaching, training, learning or another role supporting people to develop their skills and progress towards employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, interactive group sessions that build practical life, workplace and employability skills.
• Provide tailored one-to-one coaching and guidance, helping participants understand their strengths, identify goals and develop progression plans.
• Help young people understand the world of work and build the confidence and workplace readiness they need to secure and sustain employment.
• Deliver CVs, applications, job searching, interview preparation and understanding employer expectations.
