Job summary

CXK Ltd in East Sussex is seeking an experienced Assistant Youth Coach to support the delivery of a high-performing NEET programme across the region. You will help deliver engaging activities and work with young people to build confidence, skills and resilience toward employment, education or training.

You will collaborate with the Youth Coach, referral agencies and external partners to identify improvements, promote safeguarding, and ensure NEET young people attend and remain engaged throughout

Qualifications

• Experience delivering youth programmes and coaching.
• Ability to deliver high quality, innovative and engaging programmes for young people.
• Experience working with referral agencies or partners to support attendance and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high-performing NEET programme across East Sussex.
• Work with referral agencies to induct young people and encourage attendance and engagement.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service planning.
• Promote safeguarding and work with external agencies to support NEET young people.
