AKG UK is seeking a dedicated Youth Engagement Worker to design and deliver a varied programme for 18–24 year-olds, helping participants progress to employment, education or training. • Experience planning, coordinating and delivering engaging group activities for young people aged 18–24.
• Strong facilitation and engagement skills with clear boundaries.
• Ability to translate activities into employability and personal development learning.

Aufgaben

• Design, coordinate and maintain a rolling programme of structured group and individual activities aligned with participants' needs, aspirations, action plans and outcomes.
• Deliver welcoming, energetic and inclusive sessions for young people aged 18 to 24, using age-appropriate interests such as sport, creative arts, technology, gaming, virtual reality, outdoor activities and community projects.
• Prepare clear session plans, learning objectives, resources and contingency arrangements so every activity supports employability, personal development or progression.
• Adapt pace, content and delivery for different communication styles, neurodiversity, disabilities, literacy levels, digital capability, confidence levels and reasonable-adjustment needs.
