Job summary

West Bromwich Albion FC is seeking a Youth Development Phase Coach to join our Academy Coaching department. You will contribute to the 13-16 Coaching programme, working with the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching to improve player development and progression into the Professional Development programme.

The role requires delivering holistic coaching experiences for 13–16-year-olds, with emphasis on learning outcomes and collaboration with other Development

Qualifications

• Experience developing young players within a club environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Highly organised and methodical approach to workload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 13-16 Coaching programme as part of the Academy Coaching team.
• Work with the Lead Youth Development Phase coach, Academy Manager and Head of Coaching.
• Help players progress from 13–16 to the Professional Development programme.
